Good morning! I am pleased to introduce myself to you. My name is Toby Schulz, born in 1979. As a trained Waldorf teacher in the areas of crafts, gardening, sports and natural history, I have a broad foundation of applied knowledge. Over time, specially developed eras were added. I am also a trained lifeguard and assistant swimming trainer. I intensively pursue my own hobbies such as kitesurfing, bushcraft and nature art. As a single father, I live with my young children on the Baltic Sea in Eckernförde. My diverse interests allowed me to expand my knowledge in areas such as survival techniques, art and herbology. My own enthusiasm for these topics quickly spreads the spark to others.
At HORIZONAUTEN - adventure education in Eckernförde we offer you bound course units for groups, either independently or in collaboration with teachers and educators. We come to you or arrange the location according to your wishes and requirements. We would also be happy to take care of the planning and preparation for you. In most cases, our courses and working groups do not require any prior knowledge; as an experienced educator, I adapt to the participants individually. We offer individual courses as well as multi-day courses and working groups (AGs).

Benefit from my creativity and experience in group leadership. As a trained Waldorf teacher, it is important to me to place people methodically and didactically at the center of knowledge transfer. I offer you a school concept that can operate freely and uses the most successful teaching methods. My concepts are based on experiential education, Waldorf education and forest education. Unique eras such as the fire era or the natural art era were developed by me and are unique.
